Enemy Property Bill

The enemy property bill which was recently introduced in the parliament was  opposed by Mr. Mulayam Singh Yadav and Mr. Lalu Prasad Yadav.Their reason for opposing the bill was that it was an injustice being done to the 'Muslims'.According to the original ordinance passed few months back allows the Central Government to scrap all the rights given to the judiciary to assess the legal and right owner of such properties which originally belonged to those who had shifted to Pakistan at the time of partition.

Firstly, owners of such properties living in Pakistan would not come to reside here because it is no more their country.Secondly, even if the relatives of such property owners still resides in India, logically must not be entitled of such property as it was not transferred legally to them at the time of partition.

The duo Yadav's who are respected in their domain have criticized such bill and made a comment  that it was Anti-Muslim.These people who call themselves secular always come with religion at the time of protests.

"INDIAN" is not at all used in such things.

I do not want to comment on communal and secular thing as it sounds absurds to me because when it is the issue related to national interest i think as an Indian and not as a Communal or Secular.

These building and properties must be used for social welfare like-charity events, health services, educational purpose, etc.I do not think that Muslims of India ever consider such usage as communal. They are also patriotic as much as we are.Why these politicians bring  religion in such matters?Do they not know what kind of effect it  would have on general public when they would hear such statements?

I would only request them to not to bring religion in national issues and national interests.Every single citizen of India is an Indian first which is his true identity and later he follows a religion.
