It is better for an army of sheep led by a lion than an army of lion led by a sheep.As the line says it all but still i want to elaborate a bit.
We come across many leaders,some are very confident,bold and aggressive and some are calm,quiet and mere listeners.It does not mean that who are quiet and calm listeners are cowards but a leader is one who has to show the aggression of billions through one's own action.
Take the current example of President of Iran- Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Iran which is a developing country has dared the world superpower 'USA' and rejected their demand to stop uranium enrichment for nuclear purposes.I do not know whether nuclear thing is right or not but all i want to say is that it all depends upon leader the kind of image they project of one's own country infront of the world.Followers act on the directions of its leader.
If lion leads an army of sheep and on the other side a sheep leads an army of lion then whom do you think would win the battle?According to me,the army of sheep led by a lion would definitely win because the sheer aggression,managing the army and provoking their inner soul to fight with courage.The magnitude of a lion's voice itself inspires a sheep to act like a lion is more effective than a sheep's calm nature and soft talks which makes an army of lion inefficient.
Decision is yours.Either choose a lion or a sheep.
